Wear It Pink Day

Today was Wear It Pink Day in school.

Run by the UK's largest breast cancer charity, Breast Cancer Now, Wear It Pink Day raises money to support breast cancer research.  We raised £99! 

It was great to see the pupils and staff get into the spirit and wear pink.  There were lots of fun activities in class around the colour pink.  The pupils explored some sensory trays, made Angel Delight, decorated flamingos and blossom trees and did some writing about the Pink Panther.  In the afternoon we drew the raffle and staff and students won various prizes including a giant pink unicorn toy!
