Literacy Week & World Book Day

The students have thrown themselves into Literacy Week activities! 

Monday's theme was 'Attention' - students participated in an Attention Autism session and story massage. Tuesday's theme was 'Instructions' - students participated in a treasure hunt, a wizard 'Just Dance' and followed instructions to decorate pancakes. Wednesday's theme was 'Fine motor skills' - students made beaded broomsticks and a witch's cauldron. 

Today is World Book Day and the students are participating in a variety of witch and wizard themed activities, including Food Tech, PE and Art!

Tomorrow's theme is 'Share a story' - classes are partnering up to retell their favourite story through their own way.
