Welcome to Watling View School

Welcome to Watling View School, a 2-19 maintained special school in St Albans, in the county of Hertfordshire. The school caters for 100 pupils, with a wide range of complex and profound learning difficulties. A core aim of the school is to develop individual's social, life, independence, communication and key skills ensuring every pupil is prepared for adulthood and life beyond Watling View.  We are passionate about our vision, which guides us in all that we do for our pupils. We aim to achieve this by providing a broad range of exciting and enriching learning opportunities for all pupils. At the heart of what we do is see each learner as an individual. By developing a deep understanding of the needs and abilities of every individual we are able to provide personalised learning opportunities for all pupils so they make progress.
